How to Add an Apple Legacy Contact on your iPhone or iPad

In the past, a lot of people came to our store to get our help accessing a loved one’s phone once they’ve passed away. Unfortunately, we had to tell them it was not possible.


Thankfully, Apple has released a new feature called Legacy Contact, which helps designate a trusted friend or family member and will allow them to access your data if you pass away.
